V's map should just jut down off the bottom of the map instead of being shrunk. And then someone should mod this into the actual game. Seven miles in real life won't even get you from downtown to Compton. LA's coastline is over fifty miles long. Think about the insane man hours needed to create and crazy memory requirements to store so many hundreds of square miles of terrain, built and detailed as intricately as that in GTAV.
