I have the exact same issue on my 2006 ML2 Focus Saloon 1.6L Automatic, Transmission Malfunction message on dash and car is clunky when engaging Drive on gearbox and car is sluggish taking off. Mechanic says gearbox is not going into 1st gear for some reason, hence explaining the sluggishness, otherwise the car is operating and driving fine. In 2008 there was a batch of injectors affecting all 1.8TDCI engines, with reduced lifetime. Typically it started as intermittent problem when hot, becoming permanent with time. It looks a bit odd at 1494 sec, when the APP goes to 84%, but the FRP limits to about 1200Bar. Then the worst part is about 1597 sec. APP is 0, but FRP swings wildly up to 1800Bar.
